Hi, I’m Matt Dolan, an award-winning REALTOR® who has been securing successful results for my clients across the Lower Mainland for over a decade.

Real estate is second nature to me. I was an electrician for 14 years and worked on numerous large-scale home development construction sites across the Lower Mainland, for top developers such as Onni, Polygon, and Bosa. I received my Journeyman’s Red Seal Electrician ticket in 2007 from BCIT and left to work in Canada’s Mining Industry in 2008.

Upon returning to the Lower Mainland, I bought, renovated and sold homes for a number of years, something that I genuinely enjoyed and gained a wealth of practical wisdom from. The sum total of these experiences inspired me to get my real estate license.
